“Good service. Good french fries. I thought the Italian Beef sandwich was pretty good for a chain but I wanted mine thoroughly dunked and I got it back more sprinkled. They offer 5", 7" and larger size Italian Beef sandwiches which is nice because you can choose the size that meats (get it, meats?) your appetite. The cheese sauce for the cheese fries was about the best I've ever had for processed cheese sauce.”

“The sushi and hibachi food quality was very good. Our steak was flavorful, tender, and prepared as requested. The spicy tuna crunch roll was excellent. The service was good, but not at the same level as the food. The reason I dropped a star from the rating was the facility... the men's bathroom did not have a changing station, and should have been cleaner. The entry airlock had a hand- written sign taped up instructing customers to open only one door at a time. And the insulation above my seat around the exhaust hood had fallen apart and was being cold air into the restaurant... they set up a space heater next to our seating in an effort to compensate. Clearly they have room to improve the facility.”

“The cauliflower crust pizza, as well as the regular crust, are great. My wife is a Celiac and the staff is very nice and receptive to our allergen concerns even on take out orders. Peanuts on the floor take a little while to get used to, but it's a fun place overall. It has the feel of a large Castle with the front doors, and it's not a super loud atmosphere which is nice if you're like me and want to speak with your party! Overall, this is the first restaurant in Crystal Lake that my family had tried since moving into the area, and I think we've already found a fan favorite.”

“The skinny soup and sandwich flat and a children's 5$ meal. The service was relatively quick and the food was exactly what we wanted. My son got the mac n'cheese and it was very good... no simple kraft boxed noodles, a great amount of options. I got the mushroom and cheese flat with hot peppers and it was too good. It was perfect portions. We ate well and left with no regrets”

“Who doesn't love a good butter-burger?! What can be said about Culver's that hasn't already been said. Their service is typically very quick and their food relativity decent. I'm a fish man, so I love their fish and chip plate, however - the portions are a bit small for my liking... and their concrete mixers are delicious! Try the Turtle mixer - it's absolutely the best. They recently moved into their new building, half a block from their old one. I was initially confused why the moved vs. remodeled - I suppose in the business world it makes sense. The new building is beautiful, clean, and naturally - well maintained. We don't frequent them very often, but when we do, we enjoy our quick meal.”
