“Very nice ambience and beautiful stained glass lights with games and good food. I got the Bbq pulled pork with garlic toast with green beans and sweet potato fries. The garlic toast was a bit well done but the pulled pork was wonderful. My husband got the king size prime rib with a potato cake. He said it was so so. We ordered 2 mixed drinks and shared a brownie sundae desert. The total came to just under $60.”

“This has been our go-to place for Chinese takeout for years mainly because it's close by. Up until now I would have given it 3 stars because the food was just average, but plentiful, and the service very quick. However, the last two times we have ordered take out, the food has been outstanding. The quality of the meat, seafood and vegetables has improved greatly over the so so quality in the past. Not sure what prompted them to up their game, but I hope they keep it up!”

“Restaurant name change, but no change in Quality or Service. We always love coming here and this time we see that the name has changed to SEASIDE PRIME with Phil still being the owner. Good move. It appears that some people have thought in the past that it was a sandwich shop. Are you kidding, far from the truth, but the name change will steer more people through the door. When they get here, they will find Seaside Prime to be their new best eating establishment. The menu is a bit different for the better with a selection of steaks that we are told "melt in your mouth. Next time around we will test this claim. Everything we ordered was outstanding and fresh along with great service. As always Ray came to the table to get feedback on our meal and so did two others which is great PR. All I can say is "run, don't walk" to experience the New Seaside Prime. You won't be disappointed.”

He made me the best Amaretto Sour I’ve had anywhere in the world. (2 full passports). They were amazing as was the vibe, food and attitudes of all the staff including Brian. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend Rosati’s if you’re anywhere in the area.”

“We went for breakfast and I've only been there once and the food this time was a bit better than last. Just a bit though. Last time my bacon was almost burnt but this time it was perfect. The service was ok. The waitress seemed kind of annoyed because we were waiting for a friend to show up and just didn't seem to happy to take our order. So I don't know if we'll be going back.”
