The Love Shack

I have heard great things about The Love Shack and decided to stop in to try it out.
The woman at the counter was very pleasant and greeted me as I walked in and took my order. I tried the Apple Butter Pork Chop Sando with Truffle fries and a Mexican Coke.
The sandwich was really good due to the vanilla wafer breading and the apple butter but I kind of wish I added some lettuce and tomato on it.
The shoe string Truffle Fries I thought were just okay. I should have had the Orzo Pasta Salad or the Street Corn Salad instead of fries with my sandwich.
Although I liked my food it was just too much fried food. I swear I could feel my arteries harden as I ate my meal.
The service was great and I received my food lightning fast.
With tip my meal was close to $30 and that's quite a bit for a pork chop sandwich with fries and a coke especially for one person. In my opinion this did not taste like a $30 meal.
I know that The Love Shack has ties with the Pop-Up Chicken Shop which I thoroughly enjoy so I was hoping it would taste just as good.
I'm not giving up on The Love Shack though. I think the next time I go back there I'll try their Patty Melt.

New pop up burger shop. Great hamburgers, fresh buns, real Coke from Mexico with real sugar, shakes and string fries. Great place for a burger!

I am so happy that Aaron Francis brought this gem to the Blono area. It was about time the locals put to death, the trashcan that is - Steak ‘n Shake. Their original fries and patty’s bring a flavor unmatched in the area. The milkshake is the best local shake ever. I would recommend trying out their specials - The Love Shoe. If you don’t like burgers, go to their other restaurant - pop up chicken shop. Either way - support the new local restaurant genius.

Yummy! New burger place in BloNo with an excellent simple menu. Burgers or burgers.
Had the double with a side of bacon and onion rings. Very good. Will be back!
