“I think Peoria has a new act in town. Firstly, the family who runs the establishment is so warm, welcoming, and eager to share their story. Their vision is to leverage their years of experience in the culinary world, their passion for giving back, and the historical "old Richards on Main" space to offer Peoria a tasting tour of the world. While it is a buffet right now, they want to expand into a tapas tasting menu, offering made-from-scratch food at lunch hour speed service. I met a friend of mine there on New Years Eve day for food & drinks. The food was lovely & fresh, & the drinks quenched my thirst, and came with some warm & friendly conversation with Juan & Ashley. I'd recommend this place, as it offers a hint of downtown Chicago right in the heart of our humble downtown Peoria. “When we travel, we always try to find the locally owned non franchise places to eat. And we found an AMAZING experience at Rumbergers! From the friendly greeting at the entrance, to the highly polished bar wood tables, the extraordinary staff, awesome food to the excellent Ambiance, Rumbergers is definitely worth a visit! All thumbs up! I was at the one downtown and enjoyed the promptness of waitress , clean and family friendly. Food good.”

“I love eating here! I try to get here once a week. I have followed the owner for years wherever she has cooked. The food is always fantastic. Great comfort food made just how you like it. I have taken in several family members and friends and we have all had a great experience. There's no place to post pictyres, otherwise I'd post her beautiful breakfast creations she's made us. You won't leave hungry! P.S. the Cirned Beef Hash Omelette with American Fries are my favorite!”

“I have eaten at Blended 3 times and the food was delicious each time. I’ve had the Chef Salad, Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad, and for breakfast a 3 egg omelette with ham, cheese and fresh veggies. We took cupcakes to go to enjoy later, and we did enjoy them very much. I travel to Peoria often, and this is my new go to restaurant! The atmosphere is very welcoming, it’s very clean, and the staff are friendly and efficient.”

“This was our first visit to this new Mexican street style restaurant that just recently opened up. We ordered three tacos, two steak and one pulled pork. We could only finish two of the three before we were so full so we were able to save the third for a midnight snack. Super flavorful and very authentic tasting food! Having spent a lot of time visiting Mexico and eating the authentic food we can honestly say that this is the closest thing we have tasted to Authentic Mexican Street Food in town.”
