    Great service and food is great! Never had any issues on visits.
    Definitely would recommend!

    This Applebee's is located right in the middle of a number of hotels and just off of I55 so it is very convenient for travelers. The food was pretty good, nice drink specials and the staff was increadibly friendly. I sat there for a few hours on my laptop working late and they were very pleasant. The manager addressed an issue raised by a patron while I was there and was great dealing with the concern. Definitely a good Applebee's if your traveling through Springfield.

    Soup (tomato basil) was less than warm and far too cheesey. Our waitress did a great job and brought me a fresh HOT soup. Service was very good.
