    Jeff, our waiter this evening was phenomenal! You don’t find service like his in Springfield! 10/10! When you go to Char House ask for him. He will treat you like family!

    Service was great!
    Menu wide variety of food choices.
    Our meals where cooked perfect and flavored well.

    I really enjoyed this restaurant. The menu has everything from dinner salads to fish to chops and steaks. The prices are typical for a chop house for the high end items and lower than expected for some items like a very reasonably priced chicken Caesar salad. I had broiled tilapia and it was very good. The service was excellent. Will return.

    I was indecisive on the four star rating. My meal in house was very good. Service was very good. The food we ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Dinner was delicious. Now my to go order was not the same experience. No butter, no sour cream for the baked potato. Ribs not at all impressive. Maybe next time?
