Everyday they have a huge line wrapping around the building, yet they always seem to keep it under control. They have never messed up my order, and I have always waited a reasonable amount of time for my order. Kudos to you all!! Keep up the amazing work.

(February 28, 2021, 5:17 pm)The only Starbucks I've ever been to that knows how to get it done. One person checking on all mobile and inside orders. Keeping them in order and on time. Please teach all Des Moines Iowa locations how to do it this well because they are horrible. Great job here!!

(February 4, 2021, 5:29 pm)Super friendly staff. I drove a little further to come here because I had stopped at the Target location down the road. The lady was rude and treated me poorly. I can to this location and they had smiling faces and super pleasant and quick!

It has improved a lot in the past couple months.
