“First of all the food is good. But sometimes that isn't what keeps people coming back. We tried Sharks for the first time and I am impressed. I ordered from door dash...and when it came I knew it was a problem. Only two boxes, no drinks, and not the right meals. I called and then went to the restaurant. The whole staff was very apologetic that things were not correct. I was assured that they felt the meals left with the door dash driver. Regardless, the staff at Sharks made it right. Even though they were busy my food was made (again) and given to me as quickly as possible. I was also given some dessert as part of the apology. I will order from here again, just not through door dash.”

“Great staff, great donuts, great peices and deals. Management for this branch is very invested in making sure the visits all go smoothly as they are newly opened as of Leap Day. Lots of seating and plenty of room for parking. Run by and grab a $2 medium coffee/latte from 2-6! Speed it up even more buy ordering in their app and either picking it up at the online order section inside or via the drive through! If you see a line, don't worry, they are quick, friendly, and helpful should you have any questions. I got the matcha green tea latte and a coconut donut on my last visit. Both were great! Highly recommend them.”

“Pilot is our go to for coffee while traveling. They have always been clean and welcoming. The floor by the coffee was so sticky that my shoes were sticking to it. There was spilled coffee on the counters and trash on the floor. One employee was watching tv when we arrived. She then came to the coffee area. She didn’t greet us at all or clean up the mess. The gentleman at the register was pleasant. Pilot is better than this.”

The coffee drinkers were in there having their laughs and good times. The lobby was clean. The new guy on counter was doing a good job.
