“Arby's was clean and a terrific Neighbourhood place. It has a drive-thru and on the intersection of Vermilion and Liberty. I ordered the Reuben, the shave meat was good very tender. Good chunk of sauerkraut to go with the sandwich. It was a little soft sandwich, bread could be a little bit crispier. But all in all it was a great place to enjoy coffee and snack with friends”

I assure you, I do not go somewhere that I can't afford, so the "free " pie really means nothing to me. I will probably think about it, when I choose a drive through restaurant next time. “The food is always delicious and hot. The hosts and cashiers are always super nice and polite. But the servers at this location act like customers are an inconvenience to them. I have only had one positive experience with a server at this location over the last 2 years and he was a really nice kid who told us it was his first day so his nervousness and slip ups were understandable but the rest of the staff could really use some retraining and learn to help their customers instead of talking to their friends and coworkers. We waited 15 minutes yesterday for our server to bring us some lids for our ranch and a bag to put our leftovers in. We finally gave up and left. I had my hands full of food, my purse, and my kids diaper bag and ended up dropping one of the boxes on my way outside. This was after waiting a long time in between our server coming back to get our order and drink refills. Overall a very disappointing experience. Especially considering it was dead and we could clearly see our server talking to other people. Very disappointed.”
