“I have been at this Panera few times already and I really enjoy the atmosphere and friendly stuff. My last visit the cashier accidentally charged me more for my order and when I bought it up to her after reviewing my receipt, she apologized got the manager involved and refunded for the overcharged item 100%. In addition to that my child could not believe how delicious his chocolate chip cookie was, "best one I had" he kept telling me. I am so happy that Lockport finally has his own Panera Bread and it's doing well.”

“how is a great Dunkin Donuts there's three within a 10 minute drive of here many do not have the greatest quality coffee; especially the one down on Bell Road by 141st terrible always has been..this one located inside of the Speedway gas station is consistently great always had good quality coffee open every day from 4 in the morning until 8 p.m. at night and on Sunday from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. at night full service drive-thru sandwiches like a full-service Dunkin Donuts only just sits inside of a gas station..”

“MUCH MUCH IMPROVED and quickly becoming my go to DD which never was before. Must have new owners or management. Hiring mature staff that is friendly and focused on speed and accuracy and friendliness. I have found this consistency over 2 months which is why I deleted my prior review of 1 star which was from a few years ago and horrible experiences. I only wish they would fix the pot hole and ice that forms at the driveway entrance but it may not be theirs to fix.”
