Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Ice cream is outstanding, but order accuracy is suspect. Ordered 5 2-scoop cups, which was verified by the girl in the drive-up window. When I got home I had only 4 cups and no receipt to bring back to verify my order. I know it's a new location, but that's training 101. Always double check an order before giving it to a customer.

It’s definitely a new place and that was reflected in the service (issues figuring out cash register to add toppings, very sloppy made sundaes you couldn’t get a lid on, not asking if it was to eat now or “to go”, etc.), but I thought the quality was pretty good. The ice cream was very soft, which I like. I had the white turtle in a waffle bowl. I was really surprised at how huge the pecans were in the ice cream and how gooey the caramel swirl was too. We drove home to eat it and sometimes the bottom of a waffle cone/bowl gets a little soggy, but not the case here, which was another pleasant surprise. Definitely the highlight of the experience is the flavors and apparent quality of ingredients and what will keep us trying it out again! They’ll get the service right in time, so just bring your patience in the meantime.

Ice cream and options were great. I wish they had more outdoor seating, hopefully something they add as summer nears. Regardless, this is our new go to ice cream spot

Bruster’s blew me away with a great product at an even greater price. I went with a triple scoop of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, New York Cheesecake, and Chocolate Peanut Butter with Buckeyes. The only suggestion I have is to offer more seating and put up some awnings for shade. Oberweis has some real competition in the area now!

The ice cream was delicious! We got to try some samples before ordering which made it easier to choose what we wanted! The staff were very friendly and we got our ice cream fast. There are some nice seating areas outside to sit and eat too. We will definitely be back!
