Ritchie's Smokin' BBQ

Had the brisket pizza and my girlfriend had a brisket potato. Both were really good. Plenty of cheese on the pizza, brisket smoked to perfection. Definitely a place you gotta go back to.

I ordered the Brisket Sandwich.. It was so juicy and flavorful! I have gone here a few times for lunch and have always had great customer service! The owner is community friendly! I'll be back

My #1 BBQ place in Rockford area. I haven't been to all of them, but this my kind of BBQ. I have eaten BBQ all over the country and this would definitely be in my top 10. I had a pork and brisket combo sandwich, and pork potato. One of biggest requirements for good BBQ is that it is not smothered in sauce, and is good enough to eat without sauce. Ritchie's definitely makes it right.
Coleslaw is good, beans are alright, but not a fan of the cornbread.

First time visit and the food was excellent. I had the pulled pork sandwich. Delicious flavor but first bite I only got the bun and BBQ sauce. The meat that was on the sandwich was delicious. Only constructive criticisms are the bun was a little dry, sandwich should have had more meat on it and the temperature of the meat could have been warmer. We were there just before closing so maybe that explains all of these, but definitely willing to try again.
