I went here and told them what happened not expecting to get anything remade or refunded, however the manager did remake the drink and did not charge me for it. I've been coming to this Starbucks since it first opened and will continue to come to this one for ever. The customer service is always perfect and they never make a bad drink. NIKKI was great! She offered to make me a drink to try an Iced decaf breve latte for free to try and see if it tasted the same. It did! She said it was easier to order that way and comes decaf ( I nurse I only get a little one to not get so much caffeine ) I was just blown away that she offered that and to help me so times to come I can correctly get what I really want! So all in all shout out to Nikki who went above and beyond for me just to help out her customer!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️”
