“This is a pretty good Panda Express. The staff is usually very meh, which is unfortunate, but since it’s in the mall and stays busy, the food is always fresh and delicious. Prices aren’t too bad for Panda Express in general. My only complaint is the staff. It seems at every Panda Express I’ve been to, the staff is just in too much of a hurry to be nice. Being busy is no excuse to not be nice to every customer. Other than the staff, this is definitely one of the go to Panda’s in town, because they always have fresh food.”

“New restaurant in the fort Wayne area by the mall. Fun atmosphere and workers calling up orders in a unique and fun manner! Char broiled burgers were very good and the staff were very polite and professional. Sides were really good, especially the crinkle cut fries! They have a great polish sausage as well! Prices were mid range in my opinion. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and a good meal with the kids. Oh yeah, famous chocolate cake for dessert! Check it out!”

“Place was awesome, went there for my parents 33rd wedding anniversary to celebrate with them. Food was great, service was excellent, loved the atmosphere. When you look around everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves, and the portions are pretty huge (in my opinion). I was apart of a party of 7 and we all went home full off of 2 platters, I must add that I didn't even look at the prices, so that could be a slight hindrance. But, for lobster AND crab legs, I think it was adequately priced. I recommend people try it out for themselves, I don't think you'll be disappointed.”

“I used Full Circle to cater a work lunch for about 50 people. The food was excellent. We had the chicken wings and pulled pork. Both we cooked perfectly and had great flavor. “Tried the spicy chicken sandwich with red beans and rice today. The wait was so bad I almost left. Being this busy guarantees that everything is going to be fresh and hot. It was. The chicken is huge and had good flavor. The red beans and rice was not as hot as it should be, but it's normal for chains to calm down a bit so they don't hurt people. The prices are good, but the wait almost makes it not worth it. Lunch hours around here is busy everywhere.”

“I was hungry for steak and eggs. Stopped at The Point, (a restaurant at the Pilot Truck Stop) I was satisfied completely by the pleasantries of Carrie my waitress. My steak was great, the American Fries were crispy and tasted great. The side of sausage gravy was a nice addition to them. Although this is truck stop I did appreciate the whole decor they displayed on the walls. Carrie did not let my sweet glass stay empty and even gave me a glass of sweet tea to go. Great customer service satisfaction . While I am writing this, I am thinking about going back to enjoy the experience all over again.”

The rice and pinto beans are delicious and the chips are out of this world with the lime seasoning on them it makes your mouth water. “This was our first time at PF Chang's in Fort Wayne. We were first seated in the bar area but requested to move because the freezing cold air blowing on us. They were able to accommodate our seating change easily. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items. The food came out hot and we both enjoyed what we had ordered. The biggest complaint was that the dinner plates were not clean. One of them felt gritty and the bottom had food stuck to it. Thankfully we noticed before our food was brought out. Our waitress brought a clean plate and wiped the table again. That a dirty plate would be brought to a table to be used is completely unacceptable.”

But last 2 times I was with my work friends (6 people) and the fry reorders were very slow. Drinks were refilled on time 100%. As for the extra fries, they seemed to take time. The nuggets were of a decent size, but without the honey had little taste, The breading is what made them edible. On my last visit I ordered a quarter pounder without cheese. I only took about three bites and threw the rest away. It didn't taste at all like a hamburger.”

“My waitress Friday night was Nicole. She was an amazing waitress. She anticipated what we needed before we even had a chance to articulate what it was we needed. She is the real deal!!! We’ve been to chili’s multiple times, my husband and kids, and have not experienced this level of professionalism before!! Way to go Chili’s for hiring someone top notch!! The one con I had to my visit was the manager, Brittany. She’s very rough around the edges and said pretty negative things to another server about another server. I found that tasteless and very unprofessional and plan to contact corporate especially considering what was said. If your going to be a manager you need to be above reproach! Replace this woman chili’s because she is doing a disservice to your brand!”
