“It's been about 10 years since I've been to a Hardee's. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss combo and my husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger to eat inside. It wasn't nearly as good as I remembered it to be. The employees didn't smile or greet us. I had a bit of reservation when there was a gentleman standing at the counter who asked the employee to please hand him his ham and cheese sandwich which had been sitting under the heat lamp for several minutes. We ordered and got our little plastic number/flag, filled our drinks and found a table. I then went to the restroom and when I came back to the table to sit down I noticed our "baskets" sitting under the heat lamp. I knew they were ours since we were the only customers inside at that point. The employees were more focused on filling drive through orders than bringing the food to the patrons inside. The girl who took our order made eye contact with me three times and still the food wasn't brought out. As my husband stood up to go ask for our food she began putting it on the tray to bring it to us. She brought it out and apologized for the wait and said that she'd given us each an apple pie. While it was appreciated that she threw in the free dessert, I would have much rather had our food while it was hot and fresh. The employee that was bagging drive through orders continuously coughed over the food she was placing into bags without any attempt to cover her mouth. Won't be back.”

“Best meal I've had at an Applebee's in a long time. Service could still improve a bit, seemed like there was plenty of staff, but a bit hard to catch anyone's attention. Food was good, and as expected. Napkins are like using cardboard, so not a fan of that. Restaurant seemed cleaner than in times past; could actually see out of the windows! Will likely return sooner than the 3 or 4 years it's been before this visit. 3.75 stars.”

“I can't speak to regular service here, but the kitchen completely failed to properly assemble a double steakburger with cheese, to the point that there actually wasn't anything but a tiny splotch of what my wife and I assumed was cheese between the patties. The waitress also forgot to bring a cup of cheese for my wife's cheese fries (likely the kitchen forgot it, but shouldn't she check for that before bringing the food out?), and our salads arrived literally about 30 seconds before our food...I don't think either of us had even managed to get the dressing poured. For my wife's sake, this wasn't a completely bad thing since she had to send her burger back, but it was another poor showing from the kitchen. The sad part is my wife didn't modify the order in any way, but my western barbecue and bacon burger was ordered sans diced onions, and it arrived without issue. I also got my cheese cup. With that said, the food arrived quickly enough that our kids weren't freaking out, and the waitress was quick to correct both issues with my wife's order. Our shakes arrived at an appropriate time to go well with the meal. I've had better service at other Steak 'n Shake restaurants, but I've also had significantly worse. I'll end on a positive note (and the reason for a fourth star): the location is awesome for kids. Make sure you get a window seat, as the train tracks across the street make for great entertainment. We saw at least three trains during our meal, and our five- and two-year-old kids loved it. They're far enough away to not be loud (I'm not even sure we could hear them inside), but close enough to be exciting for little ones. Update 2019-04-27: Our waitress has been extremely inattentive today. We have been here half an hour, and have seen the waitress three times...the third only because I flagged her down to get napkins (she gave us none), a straw (she didn't bring straws for our children's milkshakes), and a soda refill. When I requested those items, my wife caught her rolling her eyes at me. I've removed a star from my review.”

“They are always yummy and too good!!! The people that work here are very professional. Some young adults were disrespectful to my husband because he is disabled and cut in line in front of us. The employees here saw this happen and when we got up to the counter, ordered our food, and went to pay for it, they gave us our entire order for free.”

“Very good Chinese food. I swear the best Chinese places are all small and plain...they put all their resources into the food instead of the decor. We got Moo goo gai pan and beef with Chinese vegtables, in the family meal deal which also comes with rice and egg drop soup. There was a really good selection of vegetables, the meat was flavorful and tender, and the soup was tasty too.”

“Great tasting premium food, fresh, hot, clean establishment. Everyone was friendly and the service was impeccable. The server was at our table fillling drinks and clearing plates every 5 minutes like clockwork. Excellent Excellent Excellent Service! Go grab a plate or 10 you won't regret it. Their stuffed mushrooms are completely amazing! Time well spent with the family and we didn't get there until 8:30 pm on a Saturday night.”
