Bub's Burgers & Ice Cream

Good, greasy food. Your standard burger fare with some original options in a cute American hut with indoor seating, outdoor seating with heating and wind blocks, and outdoor seating. Meal starts with a chili shot. Very good chili.

I had the Hoosier burger (not on the menu) with onion rings, BBQ sauce, etc. on the burger. I wasn’t super impressed, as it was just a normal burger.

THE THING THAT WAS AMAZING WAS THE SWEET POTATO FRIES. I have had DREAMS about these. They can be ordered with a cool marshmallow creme dip. Do it. ????

Ice cream is good too. ???? Only come back for the fries though.

Tasty burgers and fries in a casual and somewhat contested setting. I enjoyed an elk burger. Solid beer selection too, but apparently no beer menu for us to peruse and poor education of staff regarding beer options.

Fatty tasting burger and flavorless chili. The chili had no cumin in it! Horrible! Service is okay, but I felt like server was anxious to see me leave, yet being polite?! I was one of two tables in the place.

This just isn't my kind of place. Others may love it. I simply don't.

This place is amazing, we were up here for the cbd expo, buddy said he had to bring me here and there’s not a single complaint.
The menu is simple and broke down to flawlessness. Get yourself the elk burger, you won’t be sorry and top it off with the waffle fries they may be the best I’ve ever had.
You must try this place at least once in your life!

My husband had the Big Ugly and I had the Not So Ugly burger! First, the service was excellent! We were seated right away! Our drinks were refilled with out question! Onto the food: our burgers were better than I had expected! Our burgers were made to order, juicy, and had excellent flavor! I also had the sweet potato waffle fries with marshmallow sauce......oh holy yum! That was amazing! No need for dessert! That took care of it! This is definitely a place we will be going back to in the future!
