The dressing provided was enough to cover 1/3 of the lettuce. Register is slow and employees are generally disengaged. I'll not return unless it's to pick up the pre made chicken salad to go.”

“Penn Station is beating out Firehouse as my favorite sub shop. Their bread is perfect and buttery, and their cold classic Italian is absolutely delicious. Maybe a bit heavy on the banana peppers, but that's just a minor quibble. The classic Italian is what I judge any sub shop by, and Penn Station does it better than all their other main competitors.”

“Excellent sandwiches for fair prices. The time it takes to make is quite a bit longer than other Jersey Mike's I've been to, but the staff is way more fun and interactive with the customers! We did have a mistake with my partner's sandwich, having lettuce and tomato even though she requested it not to be there. The staff were quick to make a replacement and clarified twice to make sure they knew exactly what she was expecting. Overall, a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back once they've been in business a little longer!”

“This place just recently opened in Avon and it was eventful that my friend and I went to try it. We absolutely enjoyed it! The chickens were tender and crispy!! The drink tasted amazing! The staff were quick and charming to interact with. Great placement and environment. Although it was super busy due to its recent opening. I recommend going at nighttime or early when they open to avoid traffic in the line. Although, the food comes out fast. My friend and I also witness outside that they have the real chicken in storage and it was great to know! The bread let’s not talk about it! It is just delicious and everything were savory.”

Howard thanks for your response, yes it was close and could have been a 5 if it wasn't for the wait of 5 minutes with nobody at the front counter and the pizza being 10 minutes later than promised. I would understand if it were a Friday or Saturday, but a Tuesday at 4:30... I drove from north side of Brownsburg and made it at the time quoted...just a little frustrated. I had good memories from when I lived in Avon and hadn't been in for years. The Howie Bread was as remembered.”

“I went on New Year's day. I was excited to see this place open at 0430 in the morning. The store was clean and smelled great. I was greeted by a very nice man who took my order and prepared everything for me so that I didn't have to do anything but eat. “So I’ve been to many different Chinese restaurants because it’s my favorite food. And I’ve lived here and there, but never have been fond of Panda Express. I love this one though. Today I went to this location for the first time. I ordered through the website so I can just run and pick it up on my break. It took a short amount of time to do so I was happy. But when I got back to work they had given me someone else’s order and receipt. I called and explained and Mikey was great with handling the situation. He told me I can come in and get what I had originally ordered after I got off work. I got there 7 minutes before they closed and they didn’t seem upset with me at all. They had my food ready for me, apologized again and made it an easy fix. A lot of places give you attitude for stuff like that so it was greatly appreciated to be treated kindly. I definitely recommend this store.”

“Great management. Decent service. Great steaks. I ordered the NY Strip, and it was very good. Baked potato was loaded with cheese and bacon, but it was dry of butter. The server was very friendly, but she never returned to check on me. I ate my dinner. As I was getting ready to pay the bill, the manager dropped by. I explained the issue with the baked potato, and he gave me a free appetizer card to use on my next visit. Good location, and I appreciated the service from the manager.”

Our server, Rico, was extremely nice and polite. We didn't have to ask for anything. He was one of the best servers I've ever had. “Great food, great beer. If you go during peak hours, make a reservation. We went on a Saturday at 5pm and there was a 45 minute wait. This last visit was also on a Saturday but around 1:30pm and the wait was 2 minutes. Staff was prompt, friendly and accurate. The menu is actually huge. Everything from steak, seafood, Mexican, and even pizza. Something for everyone. Highly recommend. Will return.”
