It's the first time going through the drive truck that the gal took the order within seconds, repeated it correctly, then at first window repeated my order , took cash within 30 seconds then our food was waiting at the next window where a very upbeat young man handed our order and it was all there complete with condiments AND napkins and a big Thank you Maam, have a good evening. PERFECT. And this was a busy time of evening.”

“Service here is usually spot on zero complaints. But this most recent time was a disaster. My friend who I went with is a picky eater and so she only orders 2 things when we go lots of biscuits and burnt bacon. It took 40 minutes to get our food and when it did come my chicken fried chicken and carrots we're cold and my friend's bacon was almost raw. We sent it back and I got mine back obviously microwaved which wasn't ideal but was fine. It then took 20 more minutes to receive my friend's bacon again and had to be brought to us by the manager and a large apology. After this we were just happy to be able to eat and tucked in. About 3 minutes later we both finished our drinks and we're waiting for refills. The manager and our waitress came by 2 more times each and our drinks were never touched. Finally we decided we were done waiting patiently and would ask next time she came by. Another 5 minutes go by and no sign of her so we ask a bus boy walking by to find her for us. 5 more minutes later she comes back with our refills in hand. Like I said usually I love it here but that day was rough and I understand everyone has off days but it was really off. I will still continue to go back for great food just hoping for a better experience next time.”

“People that own/work at racing mason are very nice people. Pizza is very good. Reminds me of pizza kings pizza. Took my three-year-old and almost one-year-old last week both had a blast. We went Friday at 1 o’clock and no one was there so I was able to play with my youngest in the bounce houses after school let out it got a little busy we never tried the go carts but plan on it this week. Only thing is I wish they had discounts when you bought multiple pizzas other than the rent a room deals.”

“I love this place! Despite the noisy atmosphere, the food is of expectations never had a bad experience here. Food is always fresh but they do sometimes mix up the blue cheese and ranch which isnt a big deal, just something to watch out for if you have a strict preference.”
