“This was recommended by a local resident. Small cozy mom and pop restaurant. Food was typical breakfast fare with very reasonable prices for the quantity. However the girl at the counter and the waitress were not the friendliest. The waitress dropped off my food, never returning until I got up to leave. She was the only waitress but the place wasn’t that busy. Not sure if I would go back when visiting again.”

“On 5-30, my friend brought me to this phenomenal restaurant. I had just flew in from Florida. I cannot describe how phenomenal the meal that I ate was (the sampler) platter. If you like good southern cooking then you will love this dish and the people who serve it. We ordered from the restaurant and did not go to the buffet, because it wasn't ready yet. If I can give 32 Stars instead of 5 I would have. I was very impressed with the entire place. It had out of this world food and the place is beautiful with very nice people in it. I had no idea what to expect when it comes to Amish cooking, but oh, I was absolutely not disappointed. Some of the best fried chicken I've ever tasted. And, that is coming from someone that was born and raised in the south (which is on a whole other level of cooking.) We also ordered the peanut butter pie that my friend suggested. If you like peanut butter, then get this pie! It will make a puppy pull a freight Train down the road! I suggest you get to this restaurant soon, because, I will be plotting with super villains around the world to steal this restaurant and bring it to my secret Lair in Florida :)”

“We had a family style dinner here with our church. The food is excellent! We had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, grean beans, beef & noodles with fresh, oven warm bread. Assorted pies to select from for dessert. We had the chocolate pie... very good!! The service couldn't have been better; very helpful and polite wait staff. The restrooms were large and very clean. Plan to do a little shopping after your meal, there are a lot of very nice items to buy. We will be back!”

“Having not been back since a dissatisfying experience about a year ago, we were disappointed to find the same slow, seemingly unorganized service as previously experienced. This place has such potential! We really want it to work, but we noticed a table of gentlemen near us who had been there when we walked in get up and leave without receiving their food. How sad! Our wait was unreasonably long for just a couple burgers and fries! Having said that, those burgers and fries were DELICIOUS!! A great blend of toppings added to the burgers at no extra cost, and hot, fresh, crispy fries to accompany them. Our milkshakes were thick and rich with flavor. Hopefully they can tighten up their operation and serve their delicious food in a way that their customers can continue to enjoy.”
