“The owners of Rosebud are bold. They put a five star steak restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Very beautiful and elegant.. The place looked like it belonged in the bustling part of downtown chicago.. But it’s in a strip mall.. this is a anomaly.. The food was excellent, the decor was sexy.. the American songbook playing throughout the sound system was spot on.. The staff was great.. I noticed they had someone with a lint roller making sure the booths were in top notch condition.. It’s the little things like this that make a restaurant stand out.. not to mention my server… a absolute rock star… I’ll be back thanks for your hospitality”

“Love that you can get (GOOD!!) food IN Brewfest now. I HIGHLY recommend the brisket sandwich with that red sauce. VERY good. Also tried the Frito pie it was good but it needed something saucy or cheesy to help. Made the suggestion so I hope it's excellent next time I stop. Overall it's worth it, plus sampling beers is awesome... Now if they only had a bourbon/whisky/spirits version of you pour and taste. *Chef's kiss* PERFECTION till then this place is a hands down 4.5 out of 5 experience and you can't go wrong! Enjoy!”
