“The employees are always very friendly and courteous. Normally they do not run out of food very often. My favorite is the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. Only negative thing I can think of is that I've been there 3-4 times when there was only one person cooking and one person serving AND checking out. I've had to wait and very long time. The store seems to always be nice and clean and drink station always stocked up. Love Panda and can't wait for the new store to open up.”

“My husband and I were traveling from Detroit to Chicago and we stopped to have lunch. I think this is the nicest Chili's that we've ever been in. It was clean, the atmosphere was happy, and the host was very nice. The food was very good. I had the chicken enchilada soup my husband had chili and we were very pleased. Our waitress was phenomenal. Her name was Jaqi. She was attentive with a very pleasing personality. By the time we got to Chili's, we were pretty tired because we had been on the road since 7:30 in the morning. Her ability to raise our spirits was really welcome. Sometime it's just an issue of a smile or a nice friendly word that makes you feel better. Chili's should be very pleased and proud to have an employee with such great customer service skills.”

“I hadn't been to Olive Garden in years but this one in Michigan City was so good. I recently stopped by there to get some lunch for work. I've only had my food to go because it's down the street from my job. So I've gotten lunch here 3 times so far and it's been really satisfying. The staff is very friendly and order is always correct. I will be going back again.”

“Their macaroni and cheese is the best around. The store is clean and well maintained. The parking lot is always plowed in the winter months and handicap parking is available. The staff is efficient and always greets you with a smile. It's located on 421 in Michigan City and is easy to get to from 80/94. Lunch time is busy but, they get you your order fast. I recommend this store.”
