    The food is good. I love the ???? milkshakes. The burgers are large and tasty.

    The restaurant is always very uncomfortably cold. Wherever you sit you are under an AC vent.

    They always have coupons in addition to the already good prices. I really like Steak and Shake.

    After they shot down not too long ago, I was afraid they were gone for good. But after the reopening things have gotten better. Service is quicker than before, food is about the same. Still good ol stake 'n shake! Fries are my favorite and their ever changing choices of milkshakes are always up to par.

    Much better since they've reopened. Food was fresh, everything was tasty, only reason for 4 stars was the waitress was a little lacking in service. Refills were slow, getting the food was slow. Other than that. 0 complaints here. The whole establishment was cleaner and more friendly overall.

    I wish they had these in Ontario Canada where I live. Really great tasting burgers and shakes at an amazing price. Double cheeseburger and fries (normal, Cajun or parmesan) for only $3.99?!?! Wow! In Canada they would charge $8.99 for that. Usually more because you have to buy a soda with the combo. Will be hitting Steak & Shakes next time I go to the US.
