“The employees are always very friendly and courteous. Normally they do not run out of food very often. My favorite is the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. Only negative thing I can think of is that I've been there 3-4 times when there was only one person cooking and one person serving AND checking out. I've had to wait and very long time. The store seems to always be nice and clean and drink station always stocked up. Love Panda and can't wait for the new store to open up.”

“My husband and I were traveling from Detroit to Chicago and we stopped to have lunch. I think this is the nicest Chili's that we've ever been in. It was clean, the atmosphere was happy, and the host was very nice. The food was very good. I had the chicken enchilada soup my husband had chili and we were very pleased. Our waitress was phenomenal. Her name was Jaqi. She was attentive with a very pleasing personality. By the time we got to Chili's, we were pretty tired because we had been on the road since 7:30 in the morning. Her ability to raise our spirits was really welcome. Sometime it's just an issue of a smile or a nice friendly word that makes you feel better. Chili's should be very pleased and proud to have an employee with such great customer service skills.”

I've only had my food to go because it's down the street from my job. So I've gotten lunch here 3 times so far and it's been really satisfying. The staff is very friendly and order is always correct. “Their macaroni and cheese is the best around. The store is clean and well maintained. The parking lot is always plowed in the winter months and handicap parking is available. The staff is efficient and always greets you with a smile. It's located on 421 in Michigan City and is easy to get to from 80/94. Lunch time is busy but, they get you your order fast. I recommend this store.”

“Very good food. The staff is prompt and polite. The cashier, I assume to be the owner, came to check on everyone in the middle of their meal. There is a great variety to their menu, to include healthier options. I do wish that they had some sort of menu on the tables, or more accessible? (I didn't see any) You almost have to stand in the middle of the restaurant to see everything (the menu is on chalkboard on the walls). Seating is also kind of awkward: I had to take a table meant for four, as one person. Overall a great experience, a fair price for good quality.”

“Came here on a whim. We live in Lake County but I just had some sensor repair work on my car done & needed to drive extensively to clear them out. Walked in and was immediately greeted & made to feel welcome. The associate "Marquita" was warm & welcoming. Offering several promotions to me to save me money. She made our pretzels fresh to order and was all around amazing. The pretzels were delicious. Much better than Wetzel Pretzel. Anytime I am in the area I will be visiting. Great food & great service! Hard to come by nowadays. ????????????❤????”
