Bru Burger Bar - Indianapolis

We just spoke with Bru Burger Indy on the phone and found out they have ended their relationship with DoorDash for delivery. This has been a favorite restaurant among our customers and partners. Unfortunately we will no longer be able to bless our beloved employees and customers with a special delivery from this restaurant. We hope this miscalculation might be righted. (Great food, nice atmosphere; necessary business feedback)

I love Bru Burger for so many reasons. Dogs allowed on the heated patio? Yes please! Delicious burgers with substantial veggie and vegan options too? Perfect. Excellent customer service? Every time.

Last night, my boyfriend, me, and a friend of mine walked over for dinner after seeing a show at the Murat. It was a busy Saturday night. The wait was meant to be 40 minutes so we left our phone number and went to wait. After about an hour we decided to go check in and they had recorded our number wrong and so we had never gotten in touch with us. They made SURE to find us a booth ASAP and offered us a free appetizer even though they were very close to closing at this point. That is excellent customer service. And as usual, we had a great meal.

Server was great and friendly. Took drink and. Food order quite fast. Got food. In a timely manner. Kids drinks were empty at that time. Didn't get refill till I had to ask for bill. I never seen the server from the time he took our order until it was time to settle the bill. Food was great. The bloody Mary I ordered could have been more tasty. Kiddo said she loved her lemonade. Outdoor seating was comfortable. I loved the fries. Kids didn't care for them. My 13 year old said it was the best chicken tenders she's ever had.

Never had a bad experience here. Burgers are always good. The only thing I don’t care for, but doesn’t really matter, is their use of those cardboard straws. Just not a fan. Otherwise, this is an amazing place to hit up for a good burger. (The New Yorker, I think that’s the name....has pastrami on it) is AMAZING!

This was a great place to eat and hang out for a bit. The bartender was really helpful, and she was fun to talk with as well. The beer selection was pretty varied, and there were lots of burger choices. The option I picked was delicious. Each burger can be customized as you like, and I found out there is an option to get a smaller sized burger if you're interested.

I'd definitely eat at this place again when in the mood for a solid burger.
