“My absolute favorite restaurant, and I don’t just mean the Penn Station chain. This is probably the one place I’ve eaten at on the South side which I’ve had the fewest negative experiences at. I’ve been coming here somewhat frequently for at least 7 years and I can count the number of problems I’ve had on one hand - and they’re all minor, such as slightly overcooked fries. This place is fantastic, to say the least. They’re good at keeping the restaurant clean, they’re ALWAYS warm and socially inviting, the clientele is neither uppity nor trashy, the service is fast, precise, and professional. I could go on and on. I will come here again and again and again.”

“I had driven by Jaggers countless times but knew nothing about it. Tonight I stopped in and had a deluxe cheeseburger, fries and lemonade. The cheeseburger was very delicious. The fries were tasty and unique. The lemonade was about the sourest I've ever had.... just the way I like it. Will I be back? Absolutely. I gotta admit, I'm getting hungry again writing this...now to finish this lemonade I brought home with me.”

“Picked up a carry out order. The salad was smaller then the other outback I usually go to. The chicken was placed on top of the salad so by the time I got home chicken was cold. Again the other outback puts the chicken in a separate container and it stays warmer and even crisper on the crispy chicken salad. Staff bringing out food was nice and helpful and order was on time the way sent out was just different and I prefer the other outback method.”

“Been here several times. It’s consistently great. The service is really good, they are attentive and fast. The lunch specials are a great deal. I love the orange chicken and the hot and sour soup. My only complaint is the fact that they give you a pork egg roll with the lunch special but will not allow a substitute for it. I don’t eat pork so its a bit of a bummer.”
