Fire by the Monon

The server was great and the rainbow trout was really good. Nice restaurant for under $20/person. They're dog friendly as well and outside patio seating in warmer weather.

Visited this place for dinner with my wife. We were greeted and seated promptly in the bar area. A non-"trendy" and laid back vibe. We had fried pickles as an app. Very good and crisp without being overly greasy. She had a cobb salad and I had the top sirloin with mashed potatoes. Both meals came out quickly and were well above our expectations. Very good food without any pretense and good service. Definitely recommend.

Pork tacos are phenomenal! Husband said best pork tenderloin sandwich he has had so far. Went with friends that have two kids. The kids cheese pizza is big enough for an adult!

So great! The pork chops are seriously amazing. Staff was super nice, gave helpful advice on food and drinks. A decent cider selection which you don't always find at places. I would love to go back and check out the outside seating portion, but the inside was quaint and it was a good experience. Prices were pretty good I think, pork chops w two sides for $18 which is a little less than what I would have paid in general so I was happy.

Overall I really liked this Fire by the Moon and will almost certainly be returning. The estimated wait time was accurate and the link to see your place on line was nice. The waiter was prompt and helpful. Good beer selection. Good food. The bacon burger with Sriracha sauce was just the right amount of spicy.
