“This place is really authentic Mexican food. I got the guacamole to go and ended up eating the whole cup there. Its not a fancy place. It's your mom and pop shop with the dad cooking and the son working the register. From the outside you would think to yourself are the reviews as good as the food. There are......the only complaint is that the price on the board is not what rings up on the register. The tacos are very flavorful bit small for what they charge. I got 3 tacos with corn tortilla 2 Al Pastor, and 1 barbacoa. Price $7.95. 8 ounces of guacamole $4.99, with chips $5.99. I feel the tacos for the size should be $1.50- $2.00.”

“The people working there were really friendly. The pulled pork sandwich and baked beans were great too. They have a big smoker behind the building where you park so it smells amazing as soon as you pull in. They had old footage from the Indy 500 back in the 1930s playing on a TV in there when I stopped in and (who I assume to be the owner) was talking to me for awhile about it. I thought it was pretty interesting.”

“Redemption Completed (☆☆☆☆) The manager Lisa and her crew got it right tonight. A total 180 degree flip while Lisa was in the building. This gets transformed into a four start now since the replacement meal was on point, fresh, clean, and correct. The only reason this is not a five star is because of the original complaint as outlined below since I did experience that. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Complaint (☆) They put two pieces of cheese on top of tomato and pickle rather than on hot meat on two whopper. They also put way too much mustard on the two cheeseburgers we got too. The fries were dark burnt yet cold. I got a replacement order coming per my call to the manager since I couldn't go back right away.”

“So good! Food was ready in about 10 minutes. Crab rangoon was golden brown and perfectly crispy. Fried scallops were just right. Bourbon chicken was delicious and the veg fried rice I got with it was perfectly cooked with a thin bourbon sauce that is just fantastic. I would go here again. Would definitely recommend.”

“Very please with food and experience. Although out of ribs when we arrived, we still enjoyed other meat selections. Sausage was outstanding with just enough spicy, smoky flavor. Brisket was a little dry, but still flavorful. When ordering, they had no corn pudding ready, but said it would be in about 20 minutes. I loved that meant it was fresh, and it was so worth the wait! Sauce selection is bountiful, too!”

“This is my White Castle. It has been here for longer than my 43 years. It is one of the longest running businesses in the area. It has changed completely on the inside, and definitely for the better. If you knew this place in the early/mid 80's, then you will remember that it was like a open box in the customer side, and the inside was illuminated by the the overbearing white walls you were surrounded by. The places that you ordered your food in line were just cutouts in the walls, resembling a castle wall top, and that was very annoying for us kids back then,lol. Upon walking inside, I found myself wanting to stay and eat at a table, due to the fact that their remodel was the single most important interior restaurant makeover of all time. It is an open dining area, with very low hip height front counter, and you can see all of the way to the back wall. It is very bright, cheery, clean, and has a positively healthy feel to it. White castle used to have a cigarette smoke smell that did not waiver, and never failed to change the smell of their delicious burgers, which were .23¢ be ack then. I didn't have time to check and see if they still had donuts in the little plastic bags, that they warmed up, before they gave them to us. I will be back to enjoy the new feel of White Castle, because the flavor hasn't ever changed. That's the real stuff right there.”
