La Vie en Rose Patisserie & Cafe

Nice, cozy, clean, polite, friendly, quick, delicious, good price all things that come to mind here. The staff was great, the quiche was delicious, the restaurant clean and cozy, the price point spot on. Good latte as well. 10/10 great lite quick breakfast spot.

The strawberry cake is really good but they only have it on Sunday. The caramel pearl delight is good too- I had it on Friday. And they have the best Croissant in town. And the best chocolate cake.

Very good sweet crepes, and fabulous coffee (had a cappuccino)
Imperfections: No savory crepes to my dismay. Found the baguette a little soft, sweet and heavy on white flour but still enjoyable.
Conclusion: Good spot to sit and have some french food and/or grab some baked goods to go

This place is so sweet. Their espresso is delicious, not bitter at all. I had an assortment of pastries. The chocolate croissant was absolutely delicious. I will be coming back to try their lunch menu items

This is a wonderful, traditional French Cafe located in Downtown Bloomington! If you are looking for a true representation of an authentic European experience you won't be disappointed. From the atmosphere to the homemade food offerings, this Cafe is unlike anywhere else in town. The food is delicious and they offer daily specials along with special events and entertainment. The staff is wonderful and the owner is very hands on.
