I'll preface by stating that this is not japanese ramen (no ajitama/egg, Naruto). It is Chinese inspired and tastes more like pho except with long noodles. Bowls come with noodles, a meat and bok choy. The noodles are made in house and taste good. The broth is beef. It was good but needed some assistance with soy sauce and chili. Vegetables are also fresh. Portions are large. Overall the soup is freshing and nice to have on a cool day, but again it is not japanese ramen if that's what you're looking for. Would still recommend.
Authentic Lanzhou style ramen/la mian and knife cut/dao xiao mian noodles! They stretch and fold the dough in front of you. Finally, Bloomington has the real thing!

This is my new favorite noodle place in Bloomington! I loved the chopped noodles and thought the broth had a ton of flavor! The boba tea is also very good and they have lots of flavors of tea in general to appeal to many different tastes. I will definitely be going back soon!
I enjoyed the Beef Ramen with Hand Noodles today. Was very tasty with good flavoring. Also tried the Watermelon smoothie with Mango popping Boba in it. Was amazingly refreshing.
I stopped in here yesterday for dinner and had the beef brisket ramen and a mango smoothie. The ramen is the best I've ever had! The smoothie was tasty too, perfect for a warm day. The service was excellent as well. I will definitely be back!
