Great flavor, friendly staff, and fast service, they have it down. Well I found the drawback to this place today. Just tried to order delivery from this store and....no go. I live on the same road that the store is located on, and only 3 miles away. Because it is the more rural area and the likely hood of there not being multiple deliveries they don't deliver to my house. I bet they go more than 3 miles in to town tough. Guess I will just have to stay with one of our local brands from now on.”

“I placed a large order for a staff meeting. The food that was correct was very good and the order was ready when I requested. After a couple of phone calls, the food that was incorrect or missing was not only comped but also replaced! They actually sent someone out with the missing food and cookies for the whole office. Although I was initially put-off by the missing / incorrect food and misunderstanding with the GM, I am pleased with the way he turned the experience around! I would visit here again.”

I only gave 3 stars though because after a drink and 20% tip my bill for one was $30. A little pricey for a plate of spaghetti and a salad. Try added a regular garden salad w/ your entree. 1st Italian restaurant I’ve been to that didn’t.”

“If you like Italian "out," this is a great place to go! They bake delicious breadaticks all day long and prepare each dish for you at order time! This is the only fast-food place I know of that actually provides "real" silverware with your meal! Wait staff walks through dining room to make sure all is well and to clear dirty dishes and trash from your table. It is rather a "full service fast-food" place to eat. Would recommend it to anyone wanting Italian "out!"”

“Solid hot chicken. It's pleasantly surprising when food from a chain restaurant makes my nose run. I got the actual "hot" level, and it was nice and spicy. Juicy and fresh too. The chicken itself gets 4 stars, but the sides, drink selection, and dessert bring the overall rating down slightly. I'd give everything three and a half stars (a slightly above-average meal) if that were an option. Only one diet soda offering (cola), which attempts to be interesting but only manages to come across as funny-tasting. Stock banana pudding (not bad, just stock). Parmesan fries had hardly any flavor. Also not a fan of the super-thin fries. Decent decor and tastefully quiet music round out the experience. Not generally a fan of hot chicken, but I'd go back for this.”

Which makes it great for the customer not so great for the restaurant. They have some pretty decent Subs. With a lot of choices to choose from. “Very impressed with this Chick-fil-A and with the business as a whole. They've taken it upon themselves to make the service as quick as possible. During busy times the drive through and inside will both be packed, but they will work to get you your food as quickly as possible. We will usually go through the drive through, but you can also order your food via mobile app and pick it up for fast service. The staff is always helpful and friendly.”

“This place has grown on me and now I enjoy it here. Good customer service and good quality ingredients. This time around I ordered the cauliflower crust with a salad to top it off. Pesto for the sauce. It was really good. I was just going to get the side salad but the employee suggested a crust to go on top so I did. I'm glad I did. I have tried their pizzas and I like that too. The crust is not too thick. Just right. My kids love it here too. Family friendly place. Prices are little high but still reasonable. I would recommend this to my friends and family.”
