“Finally, a great place to eat Lake Perch ❤️ I will consider myself slightly picky when it comes to giving a great food review. However, when it comes to a wonderful local place around “The Region“ as we call it , I will gladly give this a five out of five stars for the fabulous Lake Perch Dinner because the portions were amazing, the service was great and the presentation was spot on . For years, me and my family would go to Miller beach or to Flamingos. I live here in town and would rather NOT drive that far for a great perch dinner on a Friday. it is better than both those places.Fish Fridays and lake perch was something I definitely missed so much living in Texas. The atmosphere at Cheers is welcoming, hip , fun and has a great vibe, attracting young and old which I consider myself a mix of both 😂 Just go there!”

“The drink was delicious and the counter service was very friendly. However my sister and couldn’t sit and talk with the very loud music playing. We asked them to turn it down and they did slightly but then it seemed like it went back up after a while. I think they wanted to be able to hear it behind the counter while they work, so maybe add a speaker in that area so the customer area volume can be set at a reasonable level? Thanks!”

“I've been looking for a pizza place like this for awhile & I finally found it! Absolutely the best pizza I have ever tasted! But everything was amazing! This place looks like a hole in the wall, I assure you it's not. The inside has been remodeled very nicely. The pizza oven is in view of the seating area so you can watch them make your pizza. We were greeted & seated promptly, though it was not busy when we visited. They brought water to the table in a glass bottle - fancy huh?! On to the food, I would eat here everyday if I could! We had the Margherita pizza, brushetta crostinis & peanut butter pie. Will be trying every other pizza on the menu in the future. Try this place, you won't regret it!”

“Best biscuits & gravy in the entire country. Hands down. Be sure to order “with pepper” you wont regret it. Softest homemade biscuits and meatiest gravy. Half order is plenty and only costs 3-4 bucks. Great sandwiches as well. Downtown Chicago quality at half the price. This place is the best kept secret in NWI, been coming here for many years.”

“1 of the 4 Shell stations in the NW Indiana. Clean and nice, it looks like an inviting station it well lite. Fuel Rewards did work, after reading that people had problems with it before. The only issue I encountered was you cant get receipt at Pump, it says that Clerk has Receipt, which is irritating because you have to go inside and get receipt other than that I would visit again.”

“Chester’s has a great thing going & I am really excited for them! We stopped in last night, not knowing it was 90s night!! LOVED the music & the videos! The drinks hit the spot, my new favorite is the Scooby Snack! Food was great! I love that they chose Mediterranean/Lebanese for the after hours, it is unique, fresh & perfect paired with their cocktails! Nice & clean dining/bar area, and the owners are absolutely fabulous & full of life! All the luck & success to you!!”

“Chesterton Brewery brings their A game to the table with some of the best food I’ve had in a long time! Chicken wings, brisket, ribs, all good! A few great house brews on tap as they move towards more production, and other tasty beers from the region make a good rounded beer menu. Their Brown Ale is my choice! The staff was very friendly and service was fast, even for a busy night. Definitely the go to place in town! And helping our Veterans is the best choice to make!”

“Wow what a great place. Love how they piped the pizza oven with fans to blow out the smell, cleaver. They are having their grand opening & right now you can get a med 1 topping for $3.99, isn't that sweet. They have such a large menu, so many choices. They also have a dining room & not just 2 tables. Very nice & thought out. You can also watch them make your pizza. Every pizza is made to order, not like those other little guy's. Lol. I highly suggest this one, & the entire staff is so friendly. They actually enjoy their job, & have fun doing it.”

“Delicious food with a traditional or a vegan option menu! The awesome sauce is good with the fries. Small and cute little place to grab a good bite! The desserts look amazing, and some are delicious, but the cupcakes are dry and the icing is waxy and flavorless. It's too bad because they are beautiful! I still have it give stars because the food is always good and the service is too!”
