“First time eating here. All I can say is wow. For a lot of different reasons. The prices are very reasonable. Got a lot of food for only $10 visited location on 3/25 around 3 PM. Hot dogs were on special for $1. The restaurant was clean and organized. The food is prepared fresh. Even made a special request my gyro and was fulfilled with no problem. Now, how was the food ? The gyro was NOT greasy which Is good because I have been to other places where the meat was just too greasy. All toppings on both my hot dog and gyro were fresh, onion, tomato , pickle, relish all were tasty and fresh. Fries were hot and crispy as well. I will definitely be returning here again. You’ve got my business. 5 stars.”

“Reviewing the arcade here. Game selection is decent and current, they have a lot of hit games from the last few years. Priced fairly, usually around $1-$1.25 a play. Games are more hi-tech now, can't expect to spend 25-50 cents anymore. Prize selection is rather mediocre, mostly cheap kids stuff. Employees were pleasant. Very clean, safe place.”

“It's really big and very busy. The atmosphere is loud and fast paced. This is a good place to take the kids and not worry about them being "too loud" within consideration. The food was really good and affordable. There are also adult beverages if interested. The design and layout is really modern with a retro feel. Really good place to go eat. “We hadn't eaten at Chili's for a decade so this was HUGE for us to choose this establishment for my birthday meal. First off, there was some major changes with the menu, so much, I felt like we were eating at a new establishment and not the one we recalled from before. The offerings were fresh and interesting, and they really appeared to try with the selections. Seriously, the prior decade, the biggest thing they had were the buffalo wings with ranch. Not anymore though and we were so HAPPY to have decided to eat there! We went early evening before 5, and there was a wait on our appetizer, so much so that it came out with our entrees. The server, who we tipped handsomely for her attention to detail, made mention of the fact that we hadn't complained, and they chose NOT to charge us for the appetizer! That was huge to us since we were evaluating it all and left thoroughly satisfied with our meal. We definitely recommend this eatery for its great service, excellent food and attention to detail! Awesome place to eat... you ain't be disappointed! ????”

“I came here for lunch with a friend. We were seated quickly. The atmosphere was pretty laid back. It wasn't too loud, and the server checked on us regularly. I ordered a spicy nacho burger and some fries. My friend ordered a burger but I can't remember what kind. The food came out quick and it tasted good. I also got a draft beer, which was a served cold. We spent a decent amount of time at the restaurant, but the server continued to return to check on us for more water or beer or soda. The restroom was also clean with plenty of soap and paper towels.”

“So here is the deal. The food is great, like really good. However, I visited on a Saturday evening because I was driving past and saw a special being advertised on the sign. After being seated and trying to order the special, I was told it was only on Tuesday and Thursdays. I told the waiter I only came in because of that advertisement, and I ended up paying for my family's barely touched drinks (at $2 a piece) and leaving. 5 stars for food, 1 star for not even attempting any type of customer service.”

“I got the vegetarian burger and it was great. I was happy to see that they had an option like that that actually tasted good. The food was great but our waitress Calli made it even better. Calli was extremely nice, easy to talk to, and very helpful during our entire dining time. I messed up my order and she promptly got it fixed even after we had already ordered. It’s nice to see waitresses that actually enjoy what they do. Thank you Calli for making Red Robin’s even better!”

“First of all Aubrey, our server was great. So that's a good thing. We went in around at 8:45 pm on a Monday, so obviously, the place was kinda empty. We saw 2 other tables other than us. We took a few moments to get our drinks and ordered our food. It took 40 minutes to come to the table. Never knew seafood took this long to cook (mind that I am a chef myself). The only steak in our order was a med-rare so shouldn't have taken so long. Anyway, the food tasted good but went cold in 5 minutes. Wasn't expecting that, but that happens when it's usually cooked with chef Mike (microwaved). Red Lobster is going cheap I see. But the surprise was the check when it came. The suggested tip was way off. Weird, ha? Check the image, see if you know how to calculate the tip amount-”

“We've been here twice and both times it was amazing. The food is amazing and rich. I feel like the food here is the best in the south bend area. Not only is the food amazing but there is a nice variety. The staff has been pleasant and very nice both times. Also I really appreciate the fact that there is on site parking. I recommend people from anywhere visiting or a local visiting this place and experiencing some of the best food. Not going to lie, it can be a little pricey but it's well worth it. Can't wait to go back.”
