By the time you get your pizza, the steam from the holding bag causes the crust to be soft and I like mine crispy. What's the point in having pizza delivered when you can just buy a store-bought Pizza and have a nice crispy crust. And it's cheaper. There are a lot of good frozen pizzas these days and you could just dress it up with a little extra cheese and have a nice crispy crust”

“I come here a lot and my experience varies every time. Sometimes, I will come in and order my food and everything will be fast and perfect. Zero complaints when that happens. Other times, it will take forever and I will find myself waiting almost twenty minutes. Naturally, you could assume that this variation results from the amount of people there at any given time, but I've found that it does not. I can be the only person there and it can take fifteen minutes or I can order the same thing when there is a crowd and be out in five. Occasionally, this location will be completely out of something. They are pretty good about substituting it for something else at no additional cost. On occasion they will mess up your order, such as when I asked for a country grilled cheese without tomato, only to find myself eating it without the bacon that is on it, and covered in tomato. “Found this online, and liked the menu, so we found our way here. Monday evening, not real busy, fairly quiet atmosphere. Sign said wait to be seated, so we did, for awhile. Then started wondering around looking at the Notre Dame history decor on the walls. My wife must've contacted someone about a table, I don't recall. My meal was great! Wife was less impressed. Unfortunately, the service was horrible. Right from the start. The host was hiding somewhere. The waitress was friendly, but scarce. I'm forgiving when they are busy. But she was not even similar to busy. One of her other tables was discussing tip while we were discussing tip, and thought the same as I did, she deserves no tip. We still left one, but smaller than usual. Three stars for the food and atmosphere, no stars for the wait staff.”

“Don't let the humble exterior appearance fool you. Excellent establishment, you will be seated with full table service, a cheerful staff, and decent size reasonably priced portions. At one point my wife and I had 3 staff members helping us. Everyone wanted to make sure we were happy. The authorities usually look the other way if they are in a band but technically it’s illegal for someone under 21 to be in a bar. It’s not Cheers fault they have to follow the LAW....I love going to Cheers to see original live music. It’s great to see new up and coming bands. The bartenders Corey and Kaylie are amazing. They are so entertaining that I find myself looking back and forth so I can watch the them and the band at the same time. The food is great and the drinks are on point.”
