“This Panera is the best in all of Lafayette/West Lafayette. It’s so clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. They accidentally gave us the wrong kind of smoothie, but they were so quick to fix the mistake and even brought our smoothies to our table and made sure they were to our liking. To give an example of how clean it is, there’s someone with a broom and dustpan walking around constantly. It’s immaculate. Also, I saw someone even walking around scrubbing all the chairs. I love having a clean place to eat & not having to search for a table without crumbs all over it. It’s relatively quiet and overall a very pleasant place to spend your lunch break. Please, please don’t let this one turn gross like the one at the mall!! Keep up the great work Panera! Edit: On top of that, the kindest older woman who works there took my plates for me to the trash! Great service.”

Have not branched out on their menu much from this, but my food is never a disappointment from here. They have a nice selection of menu items. I would more than likely never have them deliver to me just because if you make the sandwiches a meal, you get steak fries and a drink with it and obviously fries don't stay hot too long, so kinda on you if you do delivery and get fries and they are cold. This restaurant is located next to the Lindo Mexico restaurant and the Amethyst Heart Wellness spa. Inside is a bit small, so more for a cozy group of people if you should choose to dine in. Only thing I can say is that when you do get fries, the order is a small and you don't get much. I only waited around 10 minutes for my to go order. I love coming here, but I do often forget about it being an option due to its location.”

This location in Layfayette, IN appeared clean, laid out well, and friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh. Visible steam rolling off most buffets. They had a nice selection of food with about anything you could want to satisfy many. Steaks were cooked well and flavorful. Plenty of parking, handicap accessible, restrooms were clean and upkept. Staff was quick prepping tables for next guest as previous guest left. Waitress by name of Mary and missed the name of the other gal working our area with her were both excellent on keeping drinks full, dishes removed and tables cleaned for next guest. Have been here about 3 times while in the area. Will return again.”

The staff was cleaning and tidying, restocking the ice, etc., very professionally and efficiently. They also cleared my table/food as soon as I was done. The only issue is trying to get into/out of the location, it is super awkward. Overall, a very good experience and a location I'd highly recommend.”
