“Some family members went to eat there and had to wait a very long time before their food was delivered (over 40 minutes); the employees accidentally lost their order. I called to discuss the matter with the shift manager, Austin. Austin was very professional and apologetic and let us know that this location was new and they were still experiencing growing pains. Austin refunded the meal price and gave free meal tickets to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, I'm impressed with how the situation was handled. Give them a chance. If they mess up, I'm sure they'll make it right.”

“Five of us went to an early lunch during the week. We arrived at 11:00 am. The only waitress took our order in a reasonable amount of time but we didn’t receive our orders for about an hour. More people had come in so there were now 25-30 people. We didn’t get our entire orders & had to ask. The waitress was very polite but told us there was only one person in the kitchen. The food was fabulous & worth the wait, but it took half an hour To get our tickets & we had to ask 3 times for it. The waitress couldn’t get our tickets right. They need to staff better. The good food is the only reason to go back but if the service isn’t better next time, I won’t go back again.”

“To be fair about my Circle K statement below. I was finally able to get thru to the station and talked to asst. Mgr Rebecka and she said it was likely a hold because of a bank policy, the same thing had happened to her boyfriend in the amt of $75 for $10 in fuel purchase and it was released the next day. It appears this is what has happened to me. I called my bank and they said it had been released sometime last night and that holds are put on accounts paid at the pump whereas at the cashier it is not. My teller said she has seen holds of $1 up to $100 , which seems extravagant. At any rate I am not having such evil thoughts about this Circle K because Rebecka was very helpful. However this episode has reduced my tolerance for banks and their bandit ways even lower than I thought it could go. I was at Circle K at 2:48 pm by my debit receipt. The pump I was on was super slow and I gave up at 7.6 gallon and paid at the pump for $19. Receipt at pump wouldn't come out and I was out of time to wait any further. I came home and my debit bank notifier said I was charged $91. and of course the phone isn't working at this Circle K so I can't complain while it is still fresh. I have always had good results at other Circle K's but this one looks rough and no visible service. I will keep after them until I get my money returned.”

“Not much to look at, inside or out... But the food is all fantastic. Sign says they are only open Thursday, Friday & Saturday. We had the ribs, the pork steak and the pork loin sandwich dinner. All wonderful, hot and prompt enough. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downside is the bathrooms really need updated. The price seemed a little high, until we got the food. Then the quality & quantity of the food made it clear that the price was really quite fair. Will definitely come again.”
