“To be fair about my Circle K statement below. I was finally able to get thru to the station and talked to asst. Mgr Rebecka and she said it was likely a hold because of a bank policy, the same thing had happened to her boyfriend in the amt of $75 for $10 in fuel purchase and it was released the next day. It appears this is what has happened to me. I called my bank and they said it had been released sometime last night and that holds are put on accounts paid at the pump whereas at the cashier it is not. My teller said she has seen holds of $1 up to $100 , which seems extravagant. At any rate I am not having such evil thoughts about this Circle K because Rebecka was very helpful. However this episode has reduced my tolerance for banks and their bandit ways even lower than I thought it could go. I was at Circle K at 2:48 pm by my debit receipt. The pump I was on was super slow and I gave up at 7.6 gallon and paid at the pump for $19. Receipt at pump wouldn't come out and I was out of time to wait any further. I came home and my debit bank notifier said I was charged $91. and of course the phone isn't working at this Circle K so I can't complain while it is still fresh. I have always had good results at other Circle K's but this one looks rough and no visible service. I will keep after them until I get my money returned.”

“A very nice meal and some of the friendliest staff. They are very helpful and have one or two options for vegan or vegetarian diets which is good. They have a wide variety of sandwich and salad offerings as well as many coffees, espresso drinks, fountain machine drinks. They offer smoothies but we're out of supplies when I visited. It's a very cozy atmosphere and I enjoyed my time there very much and the other customers were courteous as well. My one issue was that it was difficult to find because it is inside the Christian book store which was not clearly marked. A fun and one of a kind shop.”

“We stopped for lunch on our way across the country. We both had soup with our meal. Mine was the vegetable-beef and my wife had the chicken "shell" (noodle). Both soups we good. The chicken sandwich I had was tasty. My wife was a little disappointed with her meal. She felt the chicken was a little greasy and the cooked carrots were like mush. They didn't bring the roll that came with her meal and the dessert was brought out after I had went up to pay. So it was a mixed feeling for the place. Worth a try in my opinion.”

“This place has fantastic coffee and great deals. Their customer service, however, is lacking. We've had a few times where they have had a happy hour sign on the menu or close to it and when we ordered that item were told that that sign no longer applies. If that's the case then you need to take it down. And when you say something the owner gets very agitated and starts yelling. We love the coffee but we don't like going when he is working and we like to know the price of the items we ordered will be honored since we ordered what the sign was promoting.”
