McDonald's

Food is normal, like every other McDonalds restaurant you'll be in. However, this particular one has a play place. Not that unusual. Been to this restaurant many many times for our own children. This may be more of a rant to the other foolish parents that are there. I watch my own kids playing, I don't have time, nor should I have to politely ask other children not to do something I'd rather my own children not mimic. These other kids holler, scream, yell, and hit other children. Most people would say well, that's just kids being kids. To a point, I understand that, but I'm not talking about a little noise. I'm talking a limb chopped off blood curdling scream. Rather than go get the child and address the problem, the parents want to scream or holler at the kids from where they're sitting. Come on! Really? I wish an employee would be around more often when it's busy to address some of these issues. It seems to be taken with a little more patience from a parent when it comes from the place of business than a complete stranger.

When you're in a hurry and you don't know what you want for sure there's something on their menu that you like

Ordered a Carmel frappe and asked for no whipped cream and extra carmel and they gave me so much carmel it was awesome.

Let’s be honest. With regard to quality, McDonald’s food is garbage. This review will not be about the food, but the grounds.

The lobby was clean and bustling with customers and workers. I feel that this restaurant is well staffed and we received our food quickly. Aside from taste (this review isn’t about quality) the food was hot.

The PlayPlace was clean, litter free, and had a permanent staff member assigned to the area. The bathroom in the main lobby, however, was in need of some attention. There was water all over the floor beneath the urinal and again all over the sink countertop.

Outside of that, the grounds were clean and maintained. We visited on Saturday, September 21st, 2019 around 9:45am.

Outside and inside needs more attention to cleanliness. Concrete is black with slime at the walk-in entrance and the air smelled pungently like an open air latrine.
