Went to pick up a mobile order for my family on the way home. It wasn't on my account so I didn't know what was ordered. They didn't have my mom's drink so I got her a different one at the window. While one of the girls was making it the other three were talking right by the window for roughly 2 minutes. I was handed my drinks and told to "have a nice day". When I got home it was brought to my attention that we had also ordered food. When I tried to call the store to ask for a refund the number listed on the app and on Google was disconnected. So, I drove back across town to the store again. I talked to a very nice girl there who was either going to remake my food or refund me. The girl that had originally helped me in the drive thru had an attitude towards the other girl about the situation (which was her mistake) behind the counter. Then she brought my food out and said "sorry I didn't know you had food earlier." I didn't know either, but that's not my job to check the labels. The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because the girl who fixed the mistake was very nice and extremely professional about the situation.
