“Very friendly employees every time I visit this convenience store. They have a kitchen where they have daily specials along with pizza, homemade cookies I believe, etc. I have had both pizza and cookies and they are delicious. Although the prices are a touch higher than some in Mason City, I have always found what I wanted/in need of at Jonesy's. Highly recommend.”

“We had arrived and beer selection was limited due to on-tap problems. We ordered our food and we got our appetizer right away so no problem. We saw other people come in and sit down and they ordered as well, we sat for an hour with no one checking on us and never received our food. We watched other people come in 30 mins after us and they had gotten their food before us. Staff was rude as well. The manager offered to give us the wings for free and paid for our appetizer, we paid for our drinks and left. We decided to go to The Other Place in Clear lake.”

“Good place for BBQ. You can find better but you would have to look pretty hard in Iowa to find it. Always had good service here and never had to wait to be seated. Prices are reasonable although I'd call the servings a little on the small side compared to traditional BBQ joints. Their sauce selection is kind of limited but the flavor is decent. If you are in town and in the mood for BBQ it's definitely worth checking out.”

Then they made excuses about being swamped after I inquired about my order, after showing me my ticket printed before any of the other customer orders who arrived well after me and placed their orders at the counter. Had to ask me three times what my order was, and then still had to go make my salad that was ordered. If I hadn't already paid online I would have left! Another customer commented about how disorganized they were. Good food, but wouldn't recommend this particular store.”

“A review on the delivery service. On Monday, September 23rd, I ordered Domino’s delivery. I ordered Italian sausage pasta, two Medium pizzas, a 32 piece Parmesan bites with dipping sauce, and a 9 piece brownie dessert. I placed the order at 6:11 pm CST. At 6:22 pm, I received a text that the food was on its way. I received my food just 6 minutes later at 6:28 pm CST, a mere 17 minutes after I ordered it! The food was hot and tasty. I am thoroughly impressed with their delivery service. Just 17 minutes from my online order to my door and with a smile on his face?! Simply amazing.”
