“This was our first time to The Boulevard, as we were there for a family gathering. Upon arrival, the atmosphere at the restaurant was bright and vibrant. I ordered drinks at the bar and the bartender was polite and accommodating to my order. The side room we were in was pink and beautiful with stunning artwork on the walls. The food was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing! We had a chance to visit with the owner, Gentian, who is very proud of his establishment, as he should be. Everything was superb! I will definitely be back when I am in the area.”

“Wowza. Upscale, mature dining! Good service. Indoor/outdoor seating options. We split the short rib entree and it was fantastic! Meat folded at the very touch of the fork. Scampi side was about 6 shrimp and well flavored. Elote corn “ribs” a little over charred but flavor made up for it. Would definitely eat here again! Check the hours before visiting but truly fantastic fine dining! Will recommend to friends visiting the area.”

“A really good deli in Mason City, IA! The sandwiches are great...the sides are not as good, but still good...and really small. Today I tried the Cuban, which was good, but not an authentic Cuban like you would expect if you have eaten Cubans in Florida/Miami, etc. Still, a really good take on the sandwich and I would definitely order it again! The staff is very friendly and the service is super fast! For a great deli sandwich, this is the place to check out in Mason City!”

“No brainer for some delicious Mexican food + grilled food/burgers. We got the beef tips chimichanga lunch special 9.99 (excellent!!) & chicken nachos (good). Their complementary nacho and salsa is delicious (very mild salsa for those who don’t like the spice). Perfect virgin piña colada. Very friendly and warm service. Slightly slow/busy servers. “We were seated on the patio with amazing weather, they have a special server just for outdoor, she was wonderful! We shared the cheese curds, and shared a bottle of wine with a friend which was very reasonable ($25 and they have several options and price ranges). I got the River City Green Salad and added grilled chicken, it was so delicious! Homemade dressing and croutons, juicy chicken and local greens. My friends got the Pork Medallions, which they said were the best they’ve had, the burger and the Linguini Scampi - all had great things to say. A great meal, we’ll be back! Visited again in September and had a lovely dining experience. Great drink and wine selection, the menu is small and unique. They brought out some homemade bread and lovely honey butter to start. Truffle fries were crispy and delicious. I got scallops and they were good, the risotto was even better. We went for our anniversary and received a free dessert- the highlight of our meal for me! My husband got the ribeye and said it was good, veggies were delicious, mashed potatoes were ok. Service was awesome!”

“Good food, good service I had to move table because I had a group of people next to me and one guy in particular kept dropping F bombs in every sentence that he said, and he said it loud enough that my family could hear him so I moved to the other side of the restaurant and the staff there were very nice about it. This was a grown man who obviously I feel sorry for because he’s not smart enough to understand that when you’re in a restaurant in the middle of the day with family with children around that you don’t swear I hope this guy can get some serious help for himself.”

“Mason City had needed an Italian restaurant for so long, so I was pretty excited to go. I thought even if it wasn't the best, who cares, but it was the best!! I'm an amazing cook, so it's hard to impress me. I'm so impressed. I would eat here every weekend if I could afford it. (Unfortunately I'm sorry single mom of 5, so I can't) there's usually a short walk for a seat, but it's definitely worth the wait! The wait staff are super helpful and friendly.
