ordered ahead on the app and still waited for my order while everyone who ordered at the counter got their food before me. which really wasn't a big deal, things like that happens. but had to remind the crew of my order and said they were missing a donut which they gave me two for the wait. it would have been cool if they gave me the correct donut, though. ?

Grubhub did not make sure our order was complete. It takes a few seconds to look and see when you have 2 gallons of coffee to make sure that cups, creamer and sugar is also included in the order.

Anyways, I called this location back after we received our order and they quickly delivered the rest of the order. I don’t know who’s mistake this really was but I was much more impressed with how it was handled regardless. This is going above and beyond and you were absolutely appreciated for your effort. Thank you!

Awesome customer service here. Stopped here today to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee and Megan was working the drive thru.. she was very upbeat and friendly. Very impressed!
