(November 11, 2019, 7:02 pm)5 Borough is the BEST. I bought a cookie with my lunch last week and inadvertently, it didn't make it in the bag. The team went to the trouble of finding me on Facebook to let me know they were sorry and made it up to me with a bonus cookie on my next visit. In addition to their above-and-beyond customer service, the cookies were great as well. Highly recommend!

(September 9, 2019, 5:43 pm)This place was incredible! Super friendly staff/owner, who customized a breakfast sandwich for my friend. I had the breakfast bowl and it was SO delicious. Also, appreciated that they carried gluten free bagels as an option! Can't wait to go back and try more!

(September 6, 2019, 2:49 pm)Pretty good Lox bagel. Had the normal fixings for one; also had a decent coffee. Nice small coffee shop / local vibe. I'd come back for sure.
