(March 1, 2019, 4:00 pm)My wife loves their coffee. She usually orders a Northern Lite with sugar free raspberry and dark chocolate or the turtle mocha. However the service is quite variable between stores. The one on University Avenue always gets her order right but the stores on Mills Civic Parkway and at Valley West Mall frequently get the order wrong. This seems to be related to staff turnover. The staff at University Avenue has been fairly consistent while the staff at the other stores always seem to change.
