Lately, it tastes like they're adding WAY too much sugar. When adding frozen yogurt, sometimes I can't even taste that it's been added at all. I've been charged various prices when requesting the same add-ons for my daughter's smoothie.”

I let the lady know and she apologized and asked me if I wanted her to remake it, I said no it’s okay I was too hungry to wait for another. Few minutes later Sadie came up and refunded me my money, I told her no I was okay it was not a big deal and she said to take the refund since it was a mess up and apologized again. Now that is great customer service!!! We love firehouse and come all the way from Waukee just to eat here! Very happy with tonight’s visit. Thank you guys!”
