“I wasn’t going to write a review until a saw some unfair negative reviews. The food is good, and I’ve never had a problem with the staff there. I feel like whenever I see negative reviews about customer service, but I haven’t ever had an issue when eating there, that there’s a good chance that the customer was the problem. The malls rent is also expensive and to keep up they probably had to raise prices. Most likely not their fault.”

“Happy Joe's is hands downy favourite pizza from anywhere! This locations great for families, it has a window so kids can see them making the pizza and some amusements. The pizzas are magnificent, try some of the pizzas you don't see often elsewhere. My personal favourite is the chicken Alfredo pizza. There's also an ice cream bar on-site for a tasty sweet desert.”

“Bed was comfy. Curtains made the room very dark. Great for GOOD sleeping. Sadly, my schedule did not. Indoor pool was open late which was awesome. Sadly, my schedule was not. Breakfast was bare minimum. Kinda disappointed with that. But the mini muffins were fresh and tasty. If I revisit Dubuque I would stay again. If you have time and need a GOOD sleep then I totally recommend!!”

“Great service every single time & very friendly people. My boyfriend asked if they had root beer floats and they said they did not, we told them that was fine. We went up to the window of the drive through and they said “here we made the root beer float, not sure how it will taste though, you don’t have to pay for it!” Best part of it all was it was actually really good! “Food is okay but the employees are very unprofessional. I believe our server was Hayleigh, that's what the receipt said. We've had her before and the service was poor. This time my sister's drink was awful and my order was wrong. She took one sip and brought it back up to ask for a tea instead because it was made horribly. The lady said they could remake the drink, but clearly they couldn't make it right the first time. My sister was very polite about it, but the employees were rude. Hayleigh, if that was her name, and the blonde with long hair were whispering to each other and shaking their heads. Very poor customer service. We were visibly upset at this point because we could have been extremely rude. I am from Michigan, but my sister lives here. I will never come to this one again. Awful customer service. Lazy, childish employees. Update: went there today and the staff was very pleasant. Seems like they got a new batch of employees.”

“I was very pleased with our visit to Your Pie. We ordered a BLT and went and sat down. The manager came over and told us the pizza got a little bit too crispy, so she was going to remake it and bring us bread sticks while we waited. We were happy with that. But then when she brought the bread sticks she brought our first pizza in the box And she gave us a card for a free pizza, all the while apologizing. I am a very happy customer and will be back soon.”

“Killer buffet! Excellent selection of classic dishes and sushi bar. Stopped in for a lunch buffet ($8.99) and it was well worth it. Dishes were consistently done well and kept fresh.
