“Kyle Bell is one of the best managers that I have seen in a Pizza Ranch. He deserves a big raise especially since he is in college now and he is still working very hard. He also deserves a lot of respect for the service that he provides to the customers and how he treats his co-workers. As a matter of fact I think he should get a management pay. I'm afraid that if you don't you may end up losing him. If he goes then I may or may not be back to your restaurant.”
