Love this place! They are open to public and the staff is always so friendly.
Not sure what was going on with Phil but this place is open to the public. Full Disclosure: I do work in this building. The coffee shop is open to the public but you have to enter the lobby of the GreatAmerica Building and the coffee shop is on the right. It does have limited hours, i think 7am to 4pm ish but not sure who is going all the way downtown for coffee after 4pm. They serve Starbucks (but don't take Starbucks gift cards since they're not officially owned by Starbucks). They have good sandwiches and soup for lunch and they serve breakfast until around 2pm which is really nice.
Great place to grab a coffee in downtown Cedar Rapids! It’s open to the public and has a great staff! I stop in all the time!
