Abelardo's Mexican Fresh

Oh my goodness! The chile rellenos topped with white cheese are to die for! Best pork tamales ever! Finished with raspberry and Bavarian cream filled Churros. So great and satisfying. Spices were a mellow blend with no standout bitterness. The Abelardo’s “Lady” was so pleasant and helpful. Lock me in as a repeat customer.

Best Mexican food in Cedar Rapids. A very happy Customer here. The Tamales were super delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try other things as well. If only they had Margaritas lol 😂

This place is worth every penny you spend. Such great food and late night service even before closing! Recommend trying the queso and chips or burritos with fries. Super GOOD 👌

New favorite quick Mexican place to get food. They made sure we received everything, nothing missing as we had a big order. I really appreciated that. Amazing food, I have already went back twice in a week! Oops. So many options of food to try!!

My new favorite Mexican Food Restaurant in Cedar Rapids. I will definitely be back a lot. The food was delicious and I ate so much that it hurt my stomach in the end, but the pain was soooo worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat. The prices are very reasonable and the employees are very nice. My family will definitely be back. If you haven't tried this place out; your missing out. It's worth every penny. So happy it's not a DQ anymore. Now only if they had Margaritas lol 😂
