“I love waiting in line in the walk-in customer line for 8 minutes while only three people were ahead of me, each only ordering something simple for themselves, because the manager took it upon himself to allocate most of his staff to the drive thru window and allocated only himself to the walk-in customers. I hope he enjoyed also serving the 10 people that came in after me in that manner, when I could finally pay for my order and leave.”

The cashier took a while to count the money back to me. The sandwich was sloppily made. There seemed to be no order for the employees, they were all kind of running around. Multiple customers confused about where their order was. I know it's a busy location but, I feel there's gotta be a better way. Gotta get it together!”

“Overall great experience. Scooter's has excellent Frozen coffee drinks such as the Mocha Blender. I also tried out their Lemon Poppy Seed muffin which had a very fresh feel and taste like it just came out of the oven. The staff was incredibly helpful and I recieved my drinks out before I even had a chance to sit down despite the shop being nearly full at the time! If I were to have any minor nitpick it would be that when the shop is at capacity it can be a bit difficult to hear whom ever you are sitting with. All in all great experience I would definitely go there again!”

“When we walked in there was a long line snaking around. Surprisingly, it moved very quickly. The two employees on duty were quite efficient. I got a scoop in a cone... Chocolate ice cream, nuts, and marshmallows. My husband got a dish of the founder's choice. We both thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream. It was a good deal for the price. Even though it's across town we plan more trips there this summer!”

“The jalapeno chorizo bagel sandwich is to put it simply, amazing. The only thing to watch out for is that the parking lot is incredibly tight, and since they do bagels in small batches you can end up with a bit of a wait if you want particular items. I also recommend their cold press coffee.”
