(March 12, 2019, 8:53 pm)If you are looking for pizza exactly the way it is made in Naples Italy, this is the place. If you are looking for Pizza Hut or Papa Johns this is not the place. This pizza is baked in an oven approaching 1000 deg and exhibits areas that are burned on the surface including the bubbled spots that characterize a real Neapolitan pie. All of the ingredients are the real deal. It is a remarkable stroke of luck to have this world class establishment in small town Iowa
